We are very excited to announce the arrival of Baron and Piper's eaglet "Jet"! Such a precious photo of Piper in the nest watching over her hatchling.
Thank you all for signing and sharing our petition! Please keep sharing and talking to your Weddington neighbors as this impacts us all!
If approved, Toll Brothers proposed "Deal Lake" private wastewater treatment plant would be within 300 feet of the eagles and their nest and neighboring Aero Plantation's lake.
If Weddington approves one private wastewater treatment plant, others are soon to follow as the remaining open land in Weddington is unsewered.
