Is Toll Brothers calling it a "COMMUNITY wastewater treatment plant" for a reason?
Mel Graham purchased 218 acres of land next door to the Propst/Deal farm in on December 30, 2022. This is the same land where a developer proposed a development "The Woods" with plans for a private wastewater treatment plant back in 2008. It got rejected by Weddington Town council.
McKim and Creed was the engineer firm that designed the private wastewater treatment plant for "The Woods" back in 2008 and they are the same engineer firm designing the private wastewater treatment plant for Toll Brothers "Deal Lake".

Weddington we can not sleep on this proposed wastewater treatment plant in 2024! We are going to have to rally against this in a huge way.
